- Each player must have a SMG player card
- Team Captains must
submit a roster online
- All other SMG rules apply.

$120/team $20/individual-Full payment is required to secure your team slot.
- All proceeds will be dontated to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
All leagues have start times of 7:00 pm to 11:35 pm
Teams: (March 16-October 14) $595 (includes referee fees & taxes)
(October 15-March 15) $795 (includes referee fees & taxes)
Individuals: $80 (includes referee fees, taxes and T-Shirt)
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a team spot in the league. The remaining balance is due before the first game. A 10% late fee will be assessed or possible removal from the league if full payment is not received by the first game. There are no refunds.
